Kit Switch delivered compact kitchen kits to help Novin Development rehabilitate a former Motel 6 into 48 supportive housing units for unsheltered individuals. In pre-construction, Kit Switch co-designed two layouts, including one with accessibility features. During construction, just-in-time delivery, MEP coordination assistance, and rapid kit installation helped keep the project on schedule despite tight Project Homekey timelines.
