Seamlessly. We can integrate as an Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) product or through a traditional purchase order directly under the GC. Once on site, we can train your GC’s self-perform crews or recommend certified carpentry subcontractors who are experienced with our modular systems.

When and how should we engage Kit Switch in the design process?

Accepted Answer

The ideal time to engage us is during late Schematic Design (SD) or early Design Development (DD). At this stage, we assist with interior design standardization, provide Revit families, support ADA compliance, and coordinate fixtures, appliances, and MEP rough-ins. We also provide budgetary pricing early so there are no surprises at bid. However, if a project is already designed and permitted, we can evaluate the fit and act strictly as a product supplier.
