We help developers, designers, and contractors turn building structures into homes people love, supporting affordable housing, adaptive reuse, and improved construction practices.

Armelle Coutant
Co-Founder & CEO
At Kit Switch, Armelle steers company vision, leads fundraising and team development, and oversees high-level product vision to make interior fit-outs simpler and more sustainable. She brings a rare blend of systems thinking and hands-on site experience, having previously managed preconstruction purchasing and subcontractor logistics for modular affordable housing at Clark Construction. Armelle holds a dual Bachelor’s in Biology and Architectural Design and a Master’s in Sustainable Design and Construction from Stanford University, fueling her passion for circular building systems that turn structure into home.
Candice Delamarre
Co-Founder & CBO
Candice drives growth and commercial partnerships, helping architects, developers, and contractors streamline projects with ready-to-install interiors. She sets up Kit Switch's expanding trade and fabricator network, defining commercial alignment across regional hubs. Candice previously worked in corporate consulting and real estate sustainability assessments, and holds dual Master’s degrees in Engineering from École Centrale Paris and Stanford University. She excels at connecting with partners across the real estate value chain through genuine empathy, pairing a human-centered approach with fast, structured technical and financial problem-solving.
Maya Yaropa
Design Lead
Maya brings practical detail and human-centered design to the work behind Kit Switch’s kit library. Day-to-day, she maintains our product database, helps conduct new product development, supports the team with customer proposals, coordinates with architects and designers during pre-construction, and creates manufacturing drawing sets for our fabrication partners. Her background spans kitchen and bath design, hands-on building of custom furniture, and working directly with affordable housing residents through her Independent Practice, Far-Off. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Maya combines 3D drafting precision with real-world empathy for how people live in a space.
Ben Brenner
Projects Lead
Ben leads procurement, site operations, and project delivery across Kit Switch's fabricator and trade network. He oversees offsite factory quality control, production scheduling, and delivery logistics, while working directly with general contractors to onboard site crews for smooth one-day installs. Ben’s career spans leading affordable housing builds with Habitat for Humanity, training and managing hundreds of field workers and volunteers, and ensuring quality in factory-built housing. He translates offsite manufacturing into dependable site execution so every kit matches jobsite realities.
