Santa Monica Christian Towers is a 163-unit affordable housing community serving seniors. The project entails the phased renovation of the 13-story building, including seismic upgrades and accessibility improvements. Kit Switch co-designed 5 kitchen kits with KFA architects and coordinated MEP rough’s with the engineering team. The GC decided to keep Kit Switch on board as a supplier because of the coordination and schedule benefits. Kit Switch will deliver all kitchens and bathroom vanities for the 41 renovated units.
