The addition of a kitchenette to the Urban Tech Xchange (UTX) in Detroit, MI. UTX is a lab for tech providers, developers, educators, and researchers dedicated to creating equitable and sustainable cities. The kitchenette is now used by the office lab and other innovators on site. Installed in just half a day by Bedrock’s versatile maintenance crew, it demonstrated the speed and simplicity of installation that can help accelerate the development and renovation of much-needed housing in Detroit. The kitchenette also features a newly released washer-dryer module and incorporates recycled content in the solid surfaces.
