The addition of a kitchenette to an existing junior ADU studio unit. The bright finishes of this Kit-Kitchen kept the studio space airy and open, and we made use of the ADU’s existing appliances with a microwave shelf and room for the prior mini fridge. The Kit Switch install was completed in a half day. Without the burden of relocation, the tenant, a Bay Area nurse, was able to go on her shift and come home to a fully functional kitchen.
